These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Viva Naturals Joint Support (“we”, “us”, or “our”) covering the website us-vivanaturals.com (the “Site”) and every product or service sold through it.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Stock is limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, correct errors, or refuse any Order at our discretion.

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
• Promotional prices are valid only while displayed on the Site.
• If a price error occurs, we may cancel affected Orders and issue a full refund.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Your Order is an offer to buy. An Order becomes a contract only when we send an Order Confirmation by email. Until then, we may refuse or cancel any Order, including when:

• The Product is out of stock.
• There is a pricing or description error.
• Payment cannot be verified.
• We suspect fraud or resale.

8. Payment & Billing

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are the authorized user of the payment method and that you authorize us to charge the full Order amount, including taxes and shipping.

Failed payments may cause delays or cancellation. You are responsible for any fees your bank charges (such as foreign-transaction fees).

9. Shipping & Delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after delivery, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

10. Returns, Refunds & 90-Day Guarantee

Refund process

1. Email our support team within 90 days of delivery.
2. We send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.
3. Ship the bottles at your expense; keep the tracking number.
4. Once we receive the return, we refund the Product cost within 5–10 Business Days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

Viva Naturals Joint Support is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The Product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Glucosamine in Viva Naturals Joint Support is derived from shellfish. Do not use this Product if you have a shellfish allergy. Always read the full Supplement Facts panel before use.
